Titan Books, the UK’s leading publisher of genre fiction and licensed film and TV entertainment titles, is currently recruiting a Sales Co-ordinator.

The main purpose of the role will be to support the Sales Manager in all administrative areas and to ensure the smooth running of accounts via distributors in the US and Australia. It will be your role to ensure the accurate and timely flow of product, sales and marketing information to Random House US and Titan’s Australia/New Zealand distributor.  In addition it will be your role to support the company’s participation in shows and conventions, and maintain and promote Titan’s Books presence on line with online retailers in conjunction with the Marketing Department.

The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, be adaptable and approachable, along with very strong IT skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. They also must have excellent time management and organisational skills. The Sales Co-Ordinator must have at least 1-2 years relevant experience and have a passion for the books we publish.
