Role Overview

Reporting into the Sales Director, the Sales Executive will support in all administrative areas and to ensure smooth running of accounts at distributors in the US and Australia.

Main Responsibilities

• Reporting directly into the Sales Director for Titan Books.
• Ensure timely and accurate flow of product, sales and marketing information to suppliers, partners and distributors.
• Provide and maintain accurate and insightful reports to management to enable sales, print quantity and product decisions to be well made.
• Organise the efficient and cost-effective provisions of sales material to different sales teams
• Support company participation in shows and conventions

The ideal candidate

• Candidates who have worked in the publishing industry may be given first consideration
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for details
• Ideally have at least 1 years experience in an administrative role, however candidates looking for the next step up in their career will be considered.
