Gino Garcia is a Latinx chef, educator, recipe developer, and writer based in Seattle. His work focuses on the regional cuisines and cultures of Mexico, where his roots are. He earned a Culinary Degree from Seattle Central Culinary Academy. Gino’s culinary creations have been featured in the Seattle Times, Mexico In My Pocket, Chicano Eats, and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
