John Sibbick

John has been an independent illustrator for 30 years, working in such fields as world mythology, fantasy and natural history. His major interest is life reconstruction of extinct organisms, principally for prehistory books both popular and academic. He has also worked for National Geographic and GEO magazines, and produced concept drawings for television shows such as Dragons (Animal Planet) and the recent 3D Pterosaur film for Atlantic Productions. His work has been seen in travelling exhibitions such as Dinobirds for London’s Natural History Museum, where more of his work can be seen in the Dinosaur gallery. In 2010 he collaborated with Bristol Museum for their Scelidosaurus exhibit, and he has had various one-man shows, in Spain, as well as in the UK.
