Nyanyika Banda

Nyanyika Banda is a twenty-year veteran of the restaurant and hospitality industry. She holds a Culinary Degree and a Bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin where she studied writing and indigenous foodways. She has a passion for studying the foodways of the African Diaspora.
